Hello! My name is Katerina, and I am renting out a private room in my apartment in Neos Kosmos. The apartment is 100 sq.m. and is ideal for two people sharing, with two separate bedrooms. It is located on a corner plot, which makes the apartment particularly bright, airy and open. The layout also offers a good level of privacy between the two bedrooms. There are two balconies, one of which has a view towards the Acropolis, as well as a large living room / office area. Air conditioning is installed in both bedrooms, the living room and the kitchen. Between the two bedrooms there is also a small additional room, currently used as storage, which creates even more separation and privacy between the two tenants. The apartment is located in a very nice and convenient neighborhood in Neos Kosmos, close to some lovely and well-known bars and restaurants. It is also within walking distance of central Athens. You will find three supermarkets, a pharmacy and a bakery very close to the apartment. The location is also very convenient for transportation, as it is close to Syngrou Avenue, with bus stops providing easy access to the city center, Syntagma, Piraeus and the coast. Neos Kosmos Metro Station is about a 13-minute walk away. About the room My current flatmate is moving out, so the bedroom photos you see were taken with her furniture. The room will be provided with a futon-style bed, closer to the floor and inspired by the Japanese style, with a 1.40 × 2.00 m mattress. The large pink pillows shown in the photos will also stay — they will of course be washed and ready for the new tenant. 😊 A little about me I am an architect, and I spend most of my weekdays at work. During the weekends, I enjoy relaxing at home, taking care of my plants, keeping the apartment clean and enjoying the sunlight on the balconies. I am mainly looking for a short-term flatmate, ideally someone who already has some experience sharing a flat, respects the basic rules of living together, and enjoys a friendly and respectful shared-home environment. I am looking for someone who appreciates having their own private space while also being comfortable with the idea of sharing a home with another person.
